Every LUMIARA massager includes a one-year limited warranty, starting on your confirmed delivery date.
What is covered
Manufacturing defects under normal use, including a battery that will not charge.
What is not covered
Water damage, drops or impact, misuse, and normal cosmetic wear.
How to claim
Email teamlumiara@outlook.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue.
What happens next
If your claim is approved, we pay for the return and send you a replacement.
No registration needed
You do not need to register the product or sign up for marketing to use the warranty.
