Returns & Refunds

You have 60 days from your confirmed delivery date to decide, and you may use the massager during the trial.

Return the massager with all its parts, including the charging cable, without damage beyond normal trial use.

Email teamlumiara@outlook.com with your order number. We reply within 24 hours on business days. Once your return is approved, we send you the return address. For a change-of-mind return you pay the return shipping; if the massager is defective, incorrect or damaged in transit, we pay for the return or replacement.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned massager is received and inspected. There is no restocking fee.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us with your order number and photos so we can help.

Manufacturing defects are covered by the one-year limited warranty.
